Abstract:
A gas-liquid pipeline hybrid control device comprises an integrated board (10) and pneumatic control elements. The pneumatic control elements are mounted on the integrated board (10). The interior of the integrated board (10) is provided with at least one constant-temperature circulating liquid channel (11) and at least one air channel (12) distributed in a thickness direction. The pneumatic control element communicates with the air channel (12). In the gas-liquid pipeline hybrid control device, a variety of pneumatic control elements are integrated on one integrated board (10), the constant-temperature circulating liquid channel (11) and the air channel (12) are provided in the integrated board (10), the pneumatic control element communicates with and uses the air channel (12), and the constant-temperature circulating liquid channel (11) allows passage of a constant-temperature circulating liquid. The invention effectively controls the temperature of the entire integrated board (10), and the temperature of the air channel is controlled to be the same as that of the entire integrated board (10), thereby efficiently maintaining a constant gas temperature.
