Abstract:
A gas replacement method and device, and the use of the gas replacement method or device in a hydrogenation method for a nitro compound. The gas replacement method comprises at least: a first step of performing gas replacement on a material to be replaced in the presence of a first replacement gas, and a second step of performing gas replacement in the presence of a second replacement gas, wherein if the superficial velocity of the first replacement gas is set to V1, and the superficial velocity of the second replacement gas is set to V2, then V2/V1 ≥ 1.5. The gas replacement method or device has the advantages of high gas replacement efficiency, etc.
