Abstract:
A gate valve processing and assembling production line. According to the composition of a gate valve, the assembly of the gate valve is divided into a valve body processing line and a valve cover processing line which are independent from one another. According to the processing sequence of a valve body, a valve body feeding area (3), a welding area (5), a grinding area (6), a fragment removing area (7), and a valve body pump testing area (8) are sequentially provided, the processes are connected in series by means of a first transport line body, and the valve body is processed step by step by sequentially passing through the required processes by means of the first transport line body before entering a main assembly area (12). According to the assembly processes of a valve cover, a valve cover feeding area (9), an assembly area (10), and a valve cover pump testing area (11) are sequentially provided, the processes are connected in series by means of a second transport line body, and the valve cover is assembled step by step by sequentially passing through the required processes by means of the second transport line body before entering the main assembly area (12). Then, a valve body and valve cover that have been tested and are up to standard are assembled together, completing the assembly line-type assembling of a gate valve, thus avoiding disconnection between various processes; in addition, quality problems can be promptly identified, thus improving work efficiency.
