Abstract:
Disclosed is an operation structure for a positive displacement pump, a motor and a flowmeter. The operation structure contains a shell and a rotating wheel assembly, wherein the rotating wheel assembly is provided with a main rotor (5), at least two cam rotors (7) and a cam rotor positioning gear set; the cam rotors (7) rotate along with the main rotor (5), the main rotor (5) makes one rotation, and the cam rotors (7) make two rotations in the same direction. The rotating wheel assembly is equivalent to a rotating wheel capable of changing shape at any time in the rotating process, a fluid inlet (1) and a fluid outlet (6) are isolated and the volumes of the two sides are changed after the rotating wheel assembly matches the shell, the rotating wheel assembly rotates to drive fluid to flow, the fluid flows to push the rotating wheel assembly to rotate, and the volume of the flowing fluid can be known by recording the number of turns of the rotating wheel assembly. The structure is simple, less prone to wear, low in noise and vibration, high in efficiency, allows for a large flow, capable of resisting fluid impurities, free of a flow distribution channel and more suitable for medium-low-pressure high-flow liquid, gas and steam environments.
