Abstract:
A gear tooth processing apparatus is disclosed. A gear tooth processing apparatus, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises: an arbor having one side connected to a spindle head of a machine tool and generating rotational motion by means of the spindle head during operation of the machine tool; a gear assembly connected to the arbor and an output power shaft to change the direction of rotary motion of the arbor and transmit same to the output power shaft; and a side-toothed cutter detachably coupled to the output power shaft at a side region of the gear assembly, and processing the teeth of the inner or outer surface of a gear body on the basis of the rotary motion transmitted through the spindle head and the gear assembly.
