Abstract:
The present invention relates to a gene manipulation composition for treatment or alleviation of retinal dysfunction disorder and a method using the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a gene manipulation composition comprising a guide nucleic acid capable of targeting a retinogenesis gene and a method for treating or alleviating retinal dysfunction-caused diseases by which a retinogenesis gene is artificially manipulated and/or edited using the composition.
