Abstract:
The present disclosure provides a gene sequencing chip, device, and manufacturing method, belonging to the technical field of gene sequencing. The gene sequencing chip of the present disclosure comprises a substrate and a plurality of microporous structures arranged on the substrate; light-blocking structures are arranged between adjacent microporous structures; the light-blocking structures are used for blocking the light which is emitted from the bottom surface of the microporous structure from reaching a detection unit corresponding to the adjacent microporous structure.
