Abstract:
A method and an apparatus for detecting a downlink control channel. Said method comprises: a terminal device sending, to a network device, N groups of detection capability parameters, the detection capability parameters comprising: a reference value of an interval of a detection time window, a reference value of a duration of the detection time window, and a reference value of the a detection capability within the detection time window; the terminal device determining, according to the N groups of detection capability parameters, K detection time windows within a time slot, and allocating, according to the N groups of detection capability parameters, detection capabilities of the terminal device into the K detection time windows; and the terminal device performing, within the K detection time windows, blind detection on a downlink control channel according to the detection capabilities within the K detection time windows. By means of said method, a terminal device is able to fully utilize the detection capability of the terminal device without exceeding a maximum detection capability of the terminal device, thereby reducing the delay of data transmissions.
