Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a generator set suction type permanent magnet generator cooling device based on guiding and isolation. The device comprises a base, a generator cooling air duct body, an engine, a generator body, a reverse-suction-type heat conduction fan, a guiding and isolation ring, a generator cooling air duct fixing and connecting annular plate, and a volute-type hot airflow guiding and leading-out air duct body and a silencing shell, wherein the generator cooling air duct body is arranged on the base, an engine startup pull disc is provided at the end of the engine away from the generator cooling air duct body, the engine startup pull disc is provided with an air inlet, the guiding and isolation ring is fixedly arranged on the generator cooling air duct body, and the generator cooling air duct fixing and connecting annular plate is fixedly arranged on the generator cooling air duct body. The present invention relates to the technical field of permanent magnet generators, in particular to the generator set suction type permanent magnet generator cooling device based on guiding and isolation, which device efficiently dissipates heat of a generator stator, a generator rotor, etc., by means of negative-pressure reverse suction, and guides and discharges a naturally suctioned airflow through the guiding and isolation ring, thereby effectively avoiding the return of a hot airflow.
