Abstract:
A genetically engineered bacterial strain producing DL-alanine, a construction method therefor and an application thereof, which relate to the field of bioengineering. By enhancing a glycolytic pathway and introducing a thermostable alanine dehydrogenase, a genetically engineered strain having high alanine production at 42°C-55°C may be constructed; microbial alanine racemase is added to the strain after fermentation, which may produce racemic DL-alanine; and an overexpressed alanine racemase gene is introduced on the basis of the strain after the alanine racemase gene is deactivated or deleted, and the constructed genetically engineered strain may produce racemic DL-alanine by means of direct fermentation. When a lactic acid synthesis pathway exists in a starting strain, blocking the lactic acid synthesis pathway of the strain may further increase the ratio of a pyruvate synthesis pathway.
