Abstract:
The present invention has a glass plate element, a mounting part that is fixed to the glass plate element, and a connection part that is mounted on the mounting part and fixed to a vibrator that makes the glass plate element vibrate. In a plan view of the glass plate element, one of the mounting part and the connection part has a first protrusion that has a notch and an inside recess. The other of the mounting part and the connection part has a second protrusion that includes a width that can pass through the notch of the first protrusion. The mounting part and the connection part engage as a result of the second protrusion being slid through the notch into the recess from a direction that is substantially parallel to a first principal surface of the glass plate element.
