Abstract:
This glass substrate for a magnetic disk is characterized in that in the case where a tilt of a principal surface thereof is sampled at intervals of 10 nm, an average of a square value of the tilt is not less than 0.0025, and a frequency of the time when the square value of the tilt is not less than 0.004 is not less than 15 %.
