Abstract:
A glasses frame (11), glasses temples (12) and glasses (1). The glasses (1) comprise the glasses frame (11) and the glasses temples (12), wherein the glasses frame (11) or the glasses temples (12) is/are made of an electromagnetic wave absorption material and provided with a first placement groove (121); a medium layer (131) and a far-infrared light release layer (132) are provided in the first placement groove (121); the medium layer (131) is adjacent to a groove wall of the first placement groove (121); the far-infrared light release layer (132) is adjacent to the medium layer (131); and the far-infrared light release layer (132) is located at an outer side of the first placement groove (121) relative to the medium layer (131). Environmental electromagnetic waves are absorbed by means of an electromagnetic wave absorption material and are converted into heat energy, the heat energy is conducted to a far-infrared light release layer (132) by using a medium layer (131), and far-infrared light can be released after being captured, due to the unique characteristic of the medium layer (131) of emitting light after absorbing light, such that eyes, parts around the eyes and acupuncture points around the eyes are irradiated by the far-infrared light, thereby increasing the circulation of blood around the eyes, and relieving eye fatigue.
