Abstract:
A medium-pressure regulating valve for use in a steam turbine with the function of continuously adjusting steam flow, relating to a medium-pressure regulating valve for use in a steam turbine. The present invention solves the problems of vibration and loud noise when existing medium-pressure regulating valves of a steam turbine are opened slightly. In the present invention, a steam filter is installed within a valve housing, a regulating valve guide sleeve is installed within the valve housing, and a regulating valve stem is vertically slidably installed on a valve cover and extends into the valve housing. A large regulating valve disc is installed at the lower end of the valve stem, and the large regulator valve disc has a sliding fit with the inner side wall of the regulating valve guide sleeve. A main steam valve guide sleeve is installed in the valve housing, and the main steam valve stem is vertically slidably installed in a main steam valve guide sleeve. A valve seat is installed in the valve housing, and the valve seat is located at the lower end of the steam filter. A small regulating valve disc is installed at the upper end of a main steam valve stem. A main steam valve disc is installed on the small regulating valve disc, and a small regulating valve cover is installed directly above the small regulating valve disc. The present invention is used in a steam turbine.
