Abstract:
A GOA circuit (10) and a display panel. The GOA circuit (10) comprises multiple stages of cascaded GOA units, and each stage of GOA unit comprises: a pull-up control module (101), an output module (102), a stage transmission module (103), a pull-down module (104), and a pull-down maintenance module (105). The GOA circuit (10) is simple in structure, the circuit layout space can be reduced while the circuit function is ensured, the aperture ratio of a display panel is increased, and requirements of narrow bezel and high resolution of the display panel are satisfied.
