Abstract:
Provided are a granule for cable having relatively high tensile strength and hardness, and a preparation process thereof, said granule for cable consisting mainly of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-40 parts of a polyurethane resin; 30-45 parts of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer; 20-35 parts of an aluminum oxide nanoparticule;10-18 parts of an alkali metal silicate catalyst; 10-20 parts of a lead salt composite; 10-20 parts of a methyl methacrylate; and 1-2 parts of other additives. Said granule for cable exhibits higher tensile strength and hardness, and is suitable for a complex outdoor environment.
