A graphene-reinforced polyethylene pipe and a preparation method therefor. The graphene-reinforced polyethylene pipe comprises the following components in parts by weight: 75-100 parts of polyethylene, 0.1-5 parts of graphene, 3-8 parts of a lubricant, 2-4 parts of an anti-static agent, and 3-5 parts of a flame retardant. The preparation method comprises: first performing organic modification on graphene, then preparing a graphene and polyethylene composite material by means of a two-step method of liquid phase solvent mixing and physical mechanical mixing, and then mixing and extruding same with other components. The obtained graphene-reinforced polyethylene pipe has good flexibility, mechanical strength, anti-aging performance and anti-static performance.
