Abstract:
A green light source with a high-saturation power density, comprising a blue light LD (1), an optical filter (2), a lens I (3), a light-emitting element (4), and a lens II (5) placed on a side face, which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top, wherein the light-emitting element (4) comprises a CE:LuAG transparent fluorescent ceramic rod (41), a reflector (42) located below the CE:LuAG transparent fluorescent ceramic rod (41), and a heat dissipation substrate (43) wrapping around the CE:LuAG transparent fluorescent ceramic rod (41), and the three are a "reflection type + inner total reflection type" encapsulation structure. The blue light LD (1) is configured to emit a laser; the optical filter (2) is obliquely placed at 45 degrees, and is configured to transmit the laser and reflect fluorescence; the lens I (3) is configured to focus the laser; the Ce:LuAG transparent fluorescent ceramic rod (41) emits green light to the periphery under the excitation of the laser, and is limited by the manner of encapsulation to emit green light in a vertical direction; the reflector (42) reflects the green light upwards; the heat dissipation substrate (43) is configured to perform ceramic heat dissipation; and the lens II (5) is configured to collect and further shape the green light reflected by the optical filter (2). According to the green light source with the high-saturation power density, the saturation power density of the green light source can be increased, the luminous efficiency is higher, and the heat dissipation performance is more excellent.
