Abstract:
Provided is a grinder whereby the grain size of a ground product can be made uniform. This grinder is provided with: a housing having an opening in the top side thereof; a rotary blade attached to a rotary shaft horizontally oriented in the housing; and a fixed blade for engaging with the rotary blade, the fixed blade being disposed in the housing; the rotary blade being provided with a plurality of cutting part groups arranged adjacent to each other along the rotary shaft direction, and each of the plurality of cutting part groups being provided with a plurality of cutting parts formed about the rotary shaft along the outer circumference of a cylinder fitted on the rotary shaft.
