Title:
HOT DIE Ni-BASED ALLOY, HOT FORGING DIE USING SAME, AND FORGED PRODUCT MANUFACTURING METHOD
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2017/204286
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is a hot die Ni-based alloy with high high-temperature compression strength and good oxidation resistance and for which deterioration of the work environment and shape deterioration can be limited. The alloy is a hot die Ni-based alloy of W: 7.0-12.0%, Mo: 4.0-11.0%, Al: 5.0-7.5%, Cr: 0.5-7.5%, the balance being made of Ni and unavoidable impurities. In addition to said composition, the alloy can also contain 0.5-7.0% Ta and can also contain one or more species selected from the elements: Zr: 0.001-0.5%, Hf: 0.001-0.5%, rare earth elements: 0.001-0.2%, Y: 0.001-0.2% and Mg: 0.001-0.03%. For this hot die Ni-based alloy, the 0.2% compression strength at test temperature: 1000°C and strain rate: 10-3/sec can be made to be 500 MPa or more.
