Invention relates to a hair care product providing hair strengthening and preventing hair loss.

The invention particularly relates to a vegan and organic hair care product preventing hair loss and providing cell renewals at hair roots and preventing hair loss and also enabling hair protection and strengthening.

Present State of the Art

Regardless of gender, the most important part of aesthetic and beauty perceptions of people is hair and people may lose hair during their life times because of age or environmental or health problems. Microbial diseases, lack of vitamin, lack of nutrition, diabetics, hormonal disorders are factors for hair loss. In addition, genetic tendency (hair loss due to aging), cancer treatment, wrong hair care, overstress also causes hair loss.

Hair loss caused by above given factors change individual’s appearance, which may cause psychological problems for some. Therefore, when physiological, genetic and environmental causes are prevented, hair loss can be prevented and hair strengthening and hair quantity is increased.

In the related art there are chemical, organic and vegan products for prevention of hair loss and strengthening hair. Chemical ones comprise medicine active agents and mostly are offered in the market with claim of growing hair. Such products benefit from side effects occurring as a result of medicine active agents other than main indications of medicine active agents. However, side effect of such products is getting hairy. Such products are Minoxidil and Finasteride which are used for prostate treatment. And their side effects in human body are considerably high (such as sexual anorexia). Vegan products are mainly sold in shampoo and spray forms and usually for hair loss preventions (sprays and shampoos are made from agents of plants such as argan extract, nettle, daisy and similar. Organic oils are rather marketed in spray format. They are mostly used to prevent hair loss and to revitalise hair roots (products such as Argan, jojoba oil, Aloe Vera gel). Products mostly comprising vitamins and minerals are mostly in shampoo and spray format. Such products may consist of plants such as argan extract, nettle, daisy etc. and organic oils such as jojoba and aloe vera, vitamins and minerals such as panthenol (B5), zinc. They are marketed with the suggestion of preventing hair loss, revitalising hair roots.

For instance, the invention disclosed under Turkish Patent document numbered TR 2019/10130 relates to a hair growing solution comprising minoxidile of 2.38 %-3.83 %, Finasteride of 0.05 %-0.07 %, biotin of 0.001 %- 0.0012 %, propilenglycol of 23.8 %- 25.54 %, ethanol of 95 % 70.54 %- 73.7 % by weight. In addition, the invention also describes production method for hair growing solution. Minoxidile and Finasteride used in the invention are chemical compounds and are used in multiple hair care products for hair growing claim. Main indication of the chemical active agents is prostate treatment. However, hair making effect which is side effect of such active agents are used in hair care products. On the other hand, such chemicals have many undesired side effects such as sexual anorexia and adversely affect human health in long run.

Another one is a Turkish patent document numbered TR2019/00572. The invention disclosed thereunder is a plant extract serum preventing hair loss/providing hair strengthening, thickening hair and hair renewals and relates to a composition consisting of oil milk, saffron, biotin, orange shell oil and ginger oil and a production method for the composition. However, such products are inadequate in achievement of desired effect and do not give effective solutions for prevention of the problem.

As a result, due to above described disadvantages and inadequacy of existing solutions it has been necessary to make development in the related art related to hair care products providing cell renewals, preventing hair loss and also providing protection and strengthening of hair of users.

Purpose of the Invention

The present invention relates to hair care products meeting the needs mentioned above, eliminating all disadvantages and providing some additional advantages.

Primary purpose of the invention is to develop a hair care product providing cell renewals at hair roots of users, preventing hair loss and also enabling protection and strengthening of hair. Another purpose of the invention is to develop a hair care product comprising a combination of selected organic plant origin oils at rates to reveal synergistic effect thereof.

A further purpose of the invention is to develop a hair care product not harmful to human health and having no side effects thanks to its plant contents.

Another purpose of the invention is to provide a hair care product solving seborrhoea formation at hair roots very quickly and providing blood circulation to hair flocculates again thanks to its fully plant oil composition.

A further purpose of the invention is to develop a vegan and organic hair care product.

In order to achieve above mentioned purposes, it is a vegan and organic hair care product providing cell renewals at hair roots of user, preventing hair loss and also enabling protection and strengthening of hair and comprises vitamin E 400 (+) - alpha tocopherolum, argan oil, jojoba oil, castor oil, coconut oil, yilang yilang oil, carvacrol and rosemary oil and preferably sesame oil.

The structural and characteristics features and all advantages of the invention will be understood better with detailed descriptions given below. Therefore, the assessment should be made taking into account the detailed description.

Detailed Description of the Invention

In this detailed description, hair care product being subject of this invention and the preferred embodiments have been disclosed solely for the purpose of better understanding of the subject and described in a manner not causing any restrictive effect.

The invention develops a vegan and organic hair care product providing cell renewals at hair roots of users, preventing hair loss and also enabling protection and strengthening of hair. In the most basic form the hair care product of the invention comprises vitamin E 400 (+) - alpha tocopherolum, argan oil, jojoba oil, castor oil, coconut oil, yilang yilang oil, carvacrol and rosemary oil. In a preferred composition of the invention, the developed hair care product also comprises sesame oil.

The product developed under the invention comprises combination of organic plant originated oils. The oils contained therein soften the hair skin and reinforces new hair growing. Common feature of all oils used therein is to prevent hair loss, reinforce existing hair roots, hair volume filling and feed hair skin for hair growing.

A preferred sample of the invention is given in Table-1 and product developed according to it comprises by total weight

- vitamin E 400 (+) - alpha tocopherolum of a quantity corresponding to 5 - 40 % (more preferably 19 %), argan oil of a quantity corresponding to 5-40 % (more preferably 19 %),

- jojoba oil of a quantity corresponding to 5-40 % (more preferably 19 %), - castor oil of a quantity corresponding to 5-40 % (more preferably 19,5 %),

- coconut oil of a quantity corresponding to 5-40 % (more preferably 20 %),

- yilang yilang oil of a quantity corresponding to 0.5-10 % (more preferably 0.5 %),

- carvacrol of a quantity corresponding to 1-40 % (more preferably 1 %),

- rosemary oil of a quantity corresponding to 1-40 % (more preferably 1 %), and - Sesame oil of a quantity corresponding to 1 -40 % (more preferably 1 %).

This special combination reveals a synergistic effect. Each component is necessary for the hair care product and the effects provided thereby. In addition, percentage rates used as a preferred application of the invention enhances such interaction. In other words, in case of absence of one of any oils in the combination, effects provided by the invention are not achieved as desired.

- All oils provided in the product are mixed in preset percentage rates and at room temperature in order to obtain a fully homogenous mixture.

- It is filled into 20 separate bottles and 4 different groups consisting of five bottles are formed,

- Stability and settlement of each group at different temperature medium (0-40C°) are observed and ideal temperature is discovered,

Each mixture is mixed at 12 hours intervals and the mixing process is continued for 14 days,

- Groups providing proper homogeneity are approved.

Certified vegan oils and dark colour glass bottles are used for hair care product of the invention.

A solution prepared for hair care product of invention (Hair Serum Sample 1) (Category 2: Other products) was put into Microbiological Analysis (total in vivo aerobic mesophilic micro organism number) according to microbiological criteria specified under “Guide Concerning Microbiological Control of Cosmetics Products by Turkey Medicine and Medical Devices Authority" and “Turkish Pharmaceutics 2017”.

Micro-organism Limit Tests Results:

“Category 2: Total in vivo aerobic mesophilic micro-organism number (bacteria, yeast and mould) 103 cfu/g or not be more than 103 cfu/ml. It should not have Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Candida albicans or Escherichia coli

Kob: Unit forming colony For use of hair care product of the invention, the skin where the product will be applied should be washed with natural soap and dried by preferably cotton towel. Peeling should be made onto skin with hair to open porosities by use of Derma Roller. Then the product should be applied onto skin by means of a dropper and user should wrap his/her head by preferably linen fabric and keep it this way until morning. Thus absorption of product by skin is provided. Hair should be washed with natural soap and rinsed. This operation should be applied on daily basis for 6 months. The product developed under the invention is fully vegan and organic. Therefore, it has no adverse effect or side effect for human health. Seboroic formation in hair roots are dissolved so quickly thanks to synergistic effect provided by plant oil combination therein and blood circulation is reached to hair flocculate again. Thus oxygen contact with hair flocculate is provided.

This invention eliminates hair loss problem and show its effect on new hair growing in a very short time and provides new hair growing. This invention provides final solution for hair loss experienced by both males and females.
