Abstract:
A minoxidil preparation has an excellent hair growth effect, however, further more excellent preparation has been demanded. In view of this, as a result of studying in various ways in order to further improve the excellent hair growth effect of minoxidil, a hair growth agent in which minoxidil and an FP receptor agonist (PGF2α, PGF2α alkyl ester or latanoprost) were blended had an excellent hair growth effect which cannot be predicted from the effects of the respective components alone. From this, the preparation of the invention is effective as a preparation for external use such as a pharmaceutical or a cosmetic.
