Abstract:

Hair growth stimulants comprising an oil-in-water type emulsion wherein particles comprising oily hair growth stimulating components effective in hair growth (ethynylestradiol, hinokitiol, etc.) and fat components such as squalane and dl-$g(a)-tocopherol acetate are suspended in a state of having an average particle diameter of 100 nm or less. These hair growth stimulants can easily penetrate into the scalp and effectively stimulate hair growth without damaging the scalp or hair.
