Abstract:
A hair removing device capable of selectively attaching an epilatorhead (30) for hair epilation and a shaving head for hair cutting. The device includes the housing (10) incorporating the rotary motor (20), and the epilator or shaving head detachable to the housing. The head includes a drive mechanism powered by the motor (20) for hair epilation or cutting. The motor (20) has an output rotor fixedly carrying a noncircular joint (22). The drive mechanism includes a coupler (130) which is detachably connected to the joint (22) to receive the rotary motion of the motor (20). The coupler (130) is arranged coaxially with the joint (22) and is movable along the axis of the joint (22) together with the head into and out of engagement with and from the joint, and the coupler (130) is slidable along the axis of the joint while keeping the driving connection therebetween.
