Abstract:
The present invention relates to a halogen-free flame-retardant resin composition, and a prepreg and a copper clad laminate prepared from same. The halogen-free flame-retardant resin composition comprises the following solid components in parts by weight: (A) an alkylphenol epoxy resin: 5-80 parts: (B) a benzoxazinel resin: 10-80 parts; (C) a styrene maleic anhydride resin: 2-30 parts; (D) a flame-retardant agent: 1-30 parts; and (E) an acid filler: 0.5-100 parts having a pH of 2-6. Also provided are a prepreg and a copper clad laminate prepared from the halogen-free flame-retardant resin composition. The halogen-free flame-retardant resin composition provided by the present invention ensures a high glass transition temperature and good humidity resistance, and significantly improves the dielectric property and peel strength and stability of the resin composition, and the prepreg and the copper clad laminate have good comprehensive performances.
