Abstract:
The present invention provides a handpiece including a polarity switching means for an RF electrode. The handpiece (300) includes a vacuum cap and a polarity switching means for an RF electrode, and comprises: a vacuum cap (310) having an open lower surface and a cavity part provided therein; a body part (410) to which the vacuum cap is coupled; a vacuum device (350) for providing a reference negative pressure to the vacuum cap so that a target area of the skin is suctioned to the cavity part side of the vacuum cap; a pair of RF electrodes (320a, 320b) configured to be exposed on an inner wall of the vacuum cap so that when the target area of the skin is suctioned to the cavity part side of the vacuum cap, the suctioned skin comes in contact therewith inside the cavity part of the vacuum cap; and a controller (380) for controlling driving of the vacuum device and the RF electrodes. Particularly, the controller (380) is configured to include a circuit (500) for switching polarity of the pair of RF electrodes (320a,320b) and alternately apply a high frequency crossing the skin suctioned to the vacuum cap through the RF electrodes of which polarity is switched.
