Abstract:
Provided are a hanging metal fitting and a method for manufacturing a hanging metal fitting, with which an increase in size can be prevented while two or more rows of bearings are arranged. In this hanging metal fitting (10), a rotating metal fitting (20) comprises an anchor metal fitting (30), a rotating linking member (60) supported so as to be free to rotate in relation to the anchor metal fitting (30), a first bearing (100) disposed between the anchor metal fitting (30) and the rotating linking member (60), and a second bearing (110) disposed between the anchor metal fitting (30) and the rotating linking member (60). The first bearing (100) comprises an external recessed groove (54) that is recessed from an inner wall surface (51a) of a linking recess (51), an internal recessed groove (71) that is recessed from the outer peripheral surface of a rotating shaft (70), and a plurality of bearing balls (101). The second bearing (110) comprises an external step (55) provided in the open portion of the linking recess (51), an internal step (72) provided at the base of the rotating shaft (70), and a plurality of second bearing balls (111).
