Abstract:
A head shaking device and a fan. The head shaking device comprises a fixed assembly (1); and a rotating assembly (2), which can rotate in a reciprocating manner with respect to the fixed assembly (1). One of the fixed assembly (1) and the rotating assembly (2) comprises at least one first connecting structure (11), the other one comprises at least one second connecting structure (21), and the first connecting structure (11) and the second connecting structure (21) are snap-fitted in a rotating manner. The head shaking device and the fan overcome the defect of being prone to shaking in the head shaking process due to the flexibility of a hollow shaft, head shaking stability is good, and it is not prone to shaking.
