Abstract:
A headlamp (10) includes left and right arms (17) extending backward from an upper edge side of a lamp body (16), and a protrusion (18) projecting from the lower edge portion of the lamp body (16) and outward in the vehicle width direction. Formed on a bumper retainer (14) of a fender panel (12) is a grooved rail (23) extending in the front-back direction in a state of being open inward in the vehicle width direction. When installing the headlamp (10) onto the vehicle body, the protrusion (18) of the headlamp (10) is caused to penetrate into the rail (23) of the bumper retainer (14), from a front end opening (24). The left and right arms (17) of the headlamp (10) are placed on the top surface of a front end upper (11) before the protrusion (18) reaches a locking part (25) of the rail (23). The top surface of the front end upper (11) allows backward movement of the left and right arms (17) until the protrusion (18) of the headlamp (10) reaches the locking part (25) of the rail (23).
