A headrest lifting structure that can be rapidly installed, comprising an assembled connection base (10) that is combined with a chair back (100) and is provided with a sliding assembly slot (12), a fastening hole (13), an elastic fastening block (14), and an abutting surface (11) that is located at the opposite side of the chair back (100). The fastening hole (13) is located between guiding grooves on both sides and passes through a bottom slot surface (121); and the elastic fastening block (14) is connected to an upper side hole wall of the fastening hole (13), extends toward a lower blocking surface (123), and is provided with a lower fastening surface (141) that protrudes from the sliding assembly slot (12). A lifting base (30) encases a headrest frame (21) and comprises an assembled connection surface (31), two inserting ribs (32), and a convex fastening block (34), the assembled connection surface (31) faces the abutting surface (11), and the convex fastening block (34) is located between the two inserting ribs (32). After unboxing, a consumer can slidingly assemble the lifting base (30) that encases the headrest frame (21) together with the assembled connection base (10) that is combined with the chair back (100), thus quickly completing assembly on the chair back (100) of an office chair, which is convenient for usage.
