Abstract:
Provided are a health management method and a health management system with which mental disorders can be detected at an early stage and prevented in an environment such as a workplace. In the health management method and health management system based on email, the sending and receiving relationship between sent emails and received emails in a mail client is used to judge the state of health of a user of the mail client, and information in accordance with the response time from receipt of a received email until a reply is made to that email is used as the sending and receiving relationship. Alternatively, the sending and receiving relationship utilizes a correlation between the number of emails received by the mail client and the number of emails sent from the mail client.
