Abstract:
A heart rate estimation method and device. The heart rate estimation method comprises: screening heart rate and corresponding speed from historical motion data when sensor signals are reliable in quality (110); calculating actual oxygen uptake amount according to the speed, the heart rate, personal parameters, and a running quotient model (120); establishing a relation model of the speed, the heart rate, and the actual oxygen uptake amount (130); and calculating stable end-point heart rate at real-time speed according to the real-time speed and the relation model (140).
