Abstract:
A heart sound signal prediction method and a heart auscultation apparatus using same. The prediction method comprises the following steps: step 1, obtaining, from a smart stethoscope, an original sound signal about auscultation performed on an individual, performing noise reduction, and forming a data segment; and step 2, mining, on the basis of multi-resolution deep learning, high-level temporal semantic information and translation invariance that are included in a data segment signal, and finally outputting a prediction result. The heart auscultation apparatus comprises a stethoscope body (1), wherein a silicone cover (11) at the bottom of the stethoscope body (1) is of a closed-loop structure composed of a plurality of silicone cover units, each silicone cover unit is connected to the stethoscope body (1) by means of an elastic structure (15), and each elastic structure (15) enables a silicone cover unit to move, such that the entire silicone cover (11) forms a structure having different heights, thereby ensuring that the entire silicone cover (11) is tightly attached to a human body to form a closed sound collection environment for a vibrating diaphragm to collect a heart sound. An automatically adjustable smart heart sound and electrocardiogram measurement instrument and a control method therefor. The smart heart sound and electrocardiogram measurement instrument comprises a heart sound unit and an electrocardiogram unit, wherein the electrocardiogram unit comprises an electrocardiogram electrode pad (9), the electrocardiogram electrode pad (9) and a main body (6) form a sound collection cavity (7), and a main microphone (5) in the heart sound unit is located in the sound collection cavity (7). The smart heart sound and electrocardiogram measurement instrument further comprises a driving apparatus and a transmission structure, wherein the driving apparatus enables, by means of the transmission structure, the main microphone (5) to move at different height positions in the sound collection cavity (7), thereby preventing the situation where the main microphone (5) cannot collect a heart sound signal or a heart sound signal is too weak due to the mutual influence of a plurality of external sound sources.
