Abstract:
This heat diffusion sheet (2) has a configuration wherein a composite adhesive film is formed on the surface of a graphite sheet (10) having a thickness of from 300 μm to 2,000 μm (inclusive). The composite adhesive film has a configuration wherein (A) an acrylic adhesive layer having a thickness within the range from 5 μm to 15 μm (inclusive) and containing no heat conductive material, (B) a polyester film having a thickness within the range from 20 μm to 60 μm (inclusive) and (C) a silicone adhesive layer having a thickness within the range from 2 μm to 25 μm (inclusive) and containing no heat conductive material, while having a peel strength of from 0.005 N/cm to 1.0 N/cm (inclusive) are sequentially laminated on the graphite sheet (10).
