Abstract:
A network system wherein, when it is determined (on the basis of the degree of congestion in a base station handling a new session) that the new session is a distribution control subject process session for which a distribution control process is performed when data distribution begins, the distribution control method at the time data distribution begins in the new session is set, and the new session is subjected to the distribution control process. In addition, when it is determined (on the basis of the degree of congestion) that the new session is a control candidate session indicating a session for which the distribution control process begins during data distribution, the information for the new session is stored in control process candidate session management information.
