Abstract:
This heat-dissipating sheet (1D) has a surface (2) that has a plurality of first grooves (10) that extend in a first direction (A). This heat-dissipating sheet laminate includes the heat-dissipating sheet and a heat-dissipating grease layer. This structure comprises the heat-dissipating sheet, a heat-generating element that is provided on the heat-dissipating sheet, and a heat-dissipating grease that is interposed between the heat-dissipating sheet and the heat-generating element. This heat-generating element heat dissipation treatment method includes a step for applying a heat-dissipating grease onto the heat-dissipating sheet and a step for arranging a heat-generating element on the surface onto which the heat-dissipating grease has been applied. The present invention provides: a heat-dissipating sheet that can suppress the spread of a heat-dissipating grease layer that is interposed between the heat-dissipating sheet and a heat-generating element; a heat-dissipating sheet laminate that includes the heat-dissipating sheet; a structure that comprises the heat-dissipating sheet; and a heat-generating element heat dissipation treatment method that uses the heat-dissipating sheet.
