Abstract:
A heat dissipation sheet according to the present invention is such that when the heat dissipation sheet is disposed on an aluminum plate, a heat dissipation grease is inserted between the heat dissipation sheet and a glass plate, and a hundred cycles of a heat cycle test are performed thereafter, the area ratio (S2/S1) of the area of the heat dissipation grease after the hundred cycles of the heat cycle test are performed (S2) to the area of the heat dissipation grease prior to the heat cycle test (S1) is 1.0 to 2.0. A heat dissipation sheet layered body (10) according to the present invention includes the heat dissipation sheet (1) according to the present invention and a heat dissipation grease layer (11) formed on the surface of the heat dissipation sheet (1) according to the present invention. A structure (20) according to the present invention includes the heat dissipation sheet (1) according to the present invention, a heat-generating element (21), and a heat dissipation grease (11) interposed between the heat dissipation sheet (1) and the heat-generating element (21). A method for dissipating heat from a heat-generating element according to the present invention includes a step of applying a heat dissipation grease onto the heat dissipation sheet according to the present invention and a step of disposing the heat-generating element on the heat dissipation sheet on which the heat dissipation grease has been applied. The present invention is capable of providing a heat dissipation sheet which can suppress pump-out of a heat dissipation grease when the heat dissipation grease is interposed between a heat-generating element and the heat dissipation sheet, a heat dissipation sheet layered body including the heat dissipation sheet, a structure including the heat dissipation sheet, and a method for dissipating heat from a heat-generating element using the heat dissipation sheet.
