Abstract:
Provided is a heat exchange apparatus that includes a heat exchanger easily matching the size of a heat exchange container and the property of granular powder to be processed. This heat exchange apparatus for granular powder is equipped with: a heat exchange container 1 which has an object to be treated supply port 5 for supplying granular powder from above and an object to be treated discharge port 6 for discharging granular powder from below; and a heat exchanger 20 which is provided within the heat exchange container 1. The heat exchanger 20 comprises: one or more first heat exchange pipes 21 which are configured such that a substantially spherical recess is provided in a vertically-extending straight pipe; two or more second heat exchange pipes which are configured from vertically-extending spiral pipes with a constant spiral diameter; or two or more third heat exchange pipes which are configured from vertically-extending triangular-wave-shaped tubes.
