Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to provide a pump device and a method of manufacturing a pump device with which it is possible to reduce the number of components, reduce the required amount of labor, and reduce the size of the pump device.
This pump device 10 takes in and discharges a fluid by means of the drive of a pump rotor 22, 23, and is provided with: a pump main body 21 which is provided with hole portions 210a in an abutting surface 210 on the opposite side to a side on which the pump rotor 22, 23 is accommodated; a motor portion 30 provided with a rotor 40 attached to an outer circumference of a rotating shaft 31, a stator core 60 which faces an outer periphery of the rotor 40 and an end surface of which, in the axial direction of the rotating shaft 31, is in contact with the abutting surface 210, and coils 90 attached to the stator core 60 with the interposition of bobbins 80; and a resin molded portion 100 which integrally retains the stator core 60 and in which positioning pins 115 that protrude from the end surface and are inserted into the hole portions 210a are provided integrally.
