The present application relates to a heat exchange assembly, comprising: a heat exchanger; a heating device provided on the heat exchanger to heat and defrost the heat exchanger; and a controller for adjusting output power of the heating device according to a temperature parameter of the heat exchanger. By performing, by means of the controller, an electrical heating grading operation on the heating device on the heat exchanger, the degree of electrical heating is automatically adjusted according to different ambient temperatures, such that the surface of the heat exchanger is defrosted without affecting the normal operation of a machine, thereby reducing an impact on a compressor at a defrosting start/stop moment of the machine and reducing the pressure on an outdoor unit system caused by instant startup of the compressor. Also disclosed are an air conditioning outdoor unit, a control method for an air conditioning outdoor unit, and an air conditioning unit.
