Abstract:
A heat exchange tube for a waste heat boiler, comprising a tube body (12) and a corrosion-resistant coating (11) on the surface of the tube body (12). The chemical constituents of the corrosion-resistant coating (11) comprise: Al2O3, CaAl2O4 and Ca3(PO4)2. The mass proportions of the Al2O3, CaAl2O4 and Ca3(PO4)2 are 80-90%, 5-10% and 5-10% respectively. The thickness of the corrosion-resistant coating (11) is 1-2mm. The corrosion-resistant coating (11) can effectively prevent the corrosion of HF to the interior of the coating and the heat exchange tube.
