Abstract:

A heat exchanger, comprising a base body and a coating layer which coats at least part of the surface of the base body. The coating layer comprises a hydrophobic coating layer, and the hydrophobic coating layer comprises a low-surface-energy silane-series material and a filler dispersed therein. The filler comprises two types of particles, each type of particles has a shape, and the shapes of the two types of particles are different. By compounding the particles in different shapes, the blocking effect of the hydrophobic coating layer on a corrosive medium is improved, and the corrosion resistance of the heat exchanger is enhanced. A composite material comprises the low-surface-energy silane-series material and the filler. The composite material can form an anti-corrosion coating layer on the surface of the heat exchanger, so that the corrosion resistance of the heat exchanger is enhanced. A surface treatment method for the heat exchanger comprises: providing a heat exchanger, providing the composite material, and coating at least part of the surface of the heat exchanger with the composite material. The surface treatment method of the present disclosure can improve the corrosion resistance of the heat exchanger.
