Abstract:

A heat fixing device (33) capable of preventing a temperature sensor (65) from being deteriorated by accurately measuring the surface temperature of a heating roller (47) at all times and an image forming device (1), the thermal fixing device (33) comprising a temperature measurement unit (55) for measuring the surface temperature of the heating roller (47), the temperature measurement unit (55) further comprising the temperature sensor (65), a conduit (67) having a reflection surface (77) formed thereon to lead infrared ray radiated from the heating roller (47) to the temperature sensor (65), and an insulation member (69) installed between the conduit (67) and the temperature sensor (65).
