Abstract:
Heat recovery core edge strip automatic production equipment, comprising a steel strip decoiler (7), a hole punching and corner cutting machine (8), a roller press (9) and a folding and cut-off machine (10), arranged in sequence. The hole punching and corner cutting machine punches a round mounting hole (73) and a rectangular notch (72) into a steel strep, the round mounting hole acting as a mounting hole for an end part of a heat recovery core edge strip, and the rectangular notch acting as a folding space; the roller press using gradual rolling along a central axis line of the steel strip to cold bend the steel strip after hole punching and corner cutting into edge frame material, the edge frame material having two adjacent folded edges, an included angle of the adjacent folded edges being 60°-120°; the folding and cut-off machine cutting off edge frame material from adjacent edges of a rectangular notch, and simultaneously folding two sides of a cut opening into mounting end perpendicular to the L-shaped material. The present heat recovery core edge strip automatic production equipment directly uses cold bending and pressing of a steel strip into a heat recovery core edge strip; raw material utilization is very high, and it may be rolled into different angles, using the same set of equipment to produce heat recovery core edge strips in different shapes, complying with the idea of lean production and improving product competitiveness.
