Abstract:
A rolling production line for an edge strip of a heat recovery core body, comprising a strip steel uncoiling machine (7), a hole punching and angle cutting machine (8), a rolling machine (9), and an angle folding and cutting machine (10) that are sequentially arranged, wherein the hole punching and angle cutting machine punches and cuts circular holes and rectangular notches (72) in strip steel (71); the circular holes are used as the mounting holes (73) of an end part of an edge strip (6) of a heat recovery core body (1); the rectangular notches are used as bending space; the rolling machine cold-bends the strip steel that is subjected to hole punching and angle cutting to be an L profile along the central axis of the strip steel by using a progressive roller; the angle folding and cutting machine cuts off the L profile from the neighboring edge of the rectangular notch, and the two sides of the notch are bent to be mounting ends perpendicular to the L profile. In the production line, the edge strip of the heat recovery core body is cold-bent and rolled by directly using the strip steel, and thus, the utilization rate of raw materials is high, and the interchangeability and the versatility of components are high; a mold is not required to be replaced for the heat recovery core bodies having different heights, and it is only needed to adjust the stepping parameters of feeding of the angle cutting machine and the angle folding cutting machine.
