Abstract:
The present invention provides: a heat-sealing agent that is characterized by comprising a composite resin (A) and an aqueous solvent (B), wherein the composite resin (A) contains a vinyl polymer (A1) and a urethane resin (A2); a laminate that has a dry coating film of the heat-sealing agent on a substrate; and packaging material that uses the laminate. The present invention can provide: an aqueous heat-sealing agent that exhibits an excellent heat-sealing performance between various substrates, i.e., paper, polyester, polyvinyl chloride, and metal foil; and a laminate and packaging material that use the heat-sealing agent.
