Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a heat-shrinkable polyester-based film roll having excellent winding properties, in particular, excellent deflection resistance. [Solution] The present invention provides a heat-shrinkable polyester-based film roll obtained by winding a heat-shrinkable polyester-based film which has a shrinkage ratio of at least 30% in the primary shrinking direction of the film as measured after being immersed in warm water at 90°C for 10 seconds, the heat-shrinkable polyester-based film roll being characterized by satisfying requirements (1) to (5) below. (1) the winding length of the film roll is 2000-25000 m, (2) the width of the film roll is 400-2500 mm, (2) the thickness of the film is 5-40 µm, (4) with regard to the film width direction thickness variation at the surface layer of the film roll, the thickness pattern has recesses, and the thickness variation in the recess (maximum recess) having the largest thickness difference is 10% or less as calculated from the average film thickness and the maximum thickness difference in the maximum recess, and (5) the winding hardness of the surface layer of the film roll is 400-800.
