Abstract:
This heat storage water heater comprises a heat source that heats a heat medium and a utilization-side circuit that circulates the heat medium heated by the heat source. The utilization-side circuit has: a heat-receiving unit that performs heat exchange between the heat source and the heat medium flowing inside; a heat storage tank that has a first heat storage tank, the interior of which is provided with a first heat exchanger that performs heat exchange between the heat medium flowing inside and first heat storage material filled in the surrounding area, and a second heat storage tank, the interior of which is provided with a second heat exchanger that performs heat exchange between the heat medium flowing inside and second heat storage material filled in the surrounding area; and a utilization-side pipe that connects the heat-receiving unit and the heat storage tank. The first heat exchanger has a first inlet through which the heat medium flows in, and a first outlet through which the heat medium flows out. The second heat exchanger has a second inlet that is connected to the first outlet and through which the heat medium flows in, and a second outlet through which the heat medium flows out. The utilization-side pipe has: a first pipe that connects the heat-receiving unit and the first inlet; a second pipe that connects the second outlet and the heat-receiving unit; an inflow pipe that is connected to the first pipe and allows the heat medium to flow into the first pipe; an outflow pipe that is connected to the second pipe and allows the heat medium to flow out from the second pipe; a first control valve that is provided in the inflow pipe and controls the flow of the heat medium; a second control valve that is provided further towards the heat-receiving unit side than the portion connected with the outflow pipe in the second pipe and controls the flow of the heat medium; a first bypass pipe that is connected to the second inlet as well as being connected to the inflow pipe via the first control valve; and a second bypass pipe that is connected to the first outlet and also connected to the second pipe via the second control valve.
