Abstract:

A heat transfer pipe affixing device (103) for a heat transfer pipe expanding device (1) is provided with a gripping section (37a) and a movable section (32). The gripping section (37a) grasps one axial end (203a) of a heat transfer pipe (203) which has been inserted through heat transfer fins (202). The movable section (32) is moved in the axial direction of the heat transfer pipe (203) and thereby switched between a first state in which the movable section (32) covers around the gripping section (37a) and a second state in which the movable section (32) does not cover around the gripping section (37a). Expanding the heat transfer pipe (203) while the movable section (32) is in the first state causes the gripping section (37a) to affix the heat transfer pipe (203) so that the heat transfer pipe (203) does not axially move and affixes the heat transfer fins (202) and the heat transfer pipe (203) together.
