Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a heating cross-linking polyurethane adhesive, and a polyurethane adhesive film and a preparation method therefor. The heating cross-linking polyurethane adhesive comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of a first waterborne resin; 8-12 parts of a first waterborne curing agent; 8-12 parts of a second waterborne resin; 4-10 parts of a second waterborne curing agent; 0.04-0.1 parts of a catalyst; and 0.1-0.2 parts of a waterborne defoaming agent. The heating cross-linking polyurethane adhesive further comprises a waterborne thickening agent for adjusting the viscosity of the heating cross-linking polyurethane adhesive to 1,000-5,000 cps. In this way, the product can be directly used and stored for a long time at 25°C or below.
